Slice:
Onion

Mushrooms, opt
Julienned:
Eggplant, opt

Yellow squash

Put vegetables on bottom of pot. Lay chicken bottoms skin down ontop of vegetables. Sprinkle salt, black pepper, garlic powder ontop. Cover and cook on low flame for approx 45 min. Smear tomato paste and pour can of tomato sauce over chicken and vegetables. ( fill can about 1/4 with water and pour ontop of tomato sauce). Cook additional 45 min to hr on low flame until all soft and sauce thickens.
Boil Gnocchi according to pkg directions
To serve; spoon vegetables and sauce over Gnocchi and chicken
