I don’t use measurements I find it to be the best way comes out heavvven!!
I make a roux butter flour let the flour cook down a bit once it’s thickened up I slowly add milk till it becomes nice and thick usually take around 10-15 min
Separate pot I cook up the gnocchi until it floats and take it put till the roux is ready.

After that’s done I add salt, black pepper, garlic powder and 2 tsp mushroom consume
Chop up some tuscanini chestnuts add it to the gnocchi let a cook up a bit and viola sooo gooood!!! Sometime I’ll add some mushrooms too
This recipe has no cheese in it and it looks like I added a bunch but that’s the power of a roux
