Enjoy a comforting and easy-to-make dish of one pan Tuscanini gnocchi baked in a creamy homemade diced tomato and marinara sauce, with spinach leaves and salmon cubes. Topped with fresh basil and shaved black truffle for a gourmet touch. This is my own recipe, credits to myself??
Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 375°F .
In a large oven-safe pan, combine the diced tomato and marinara sauce with the heavy cream, salt and pepper. Mix well.
Add the gnocchi, fresh spinach leaves, and salmon cubes to the sauce. Stir gently to coat everything evenly.
Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the gnocchi is tender and the salmon is cooked through.
Remove from the oven and garnish with fresh basil leaves and shaved black truffle.
Serve hot and enjoy!
