Sheet pan cauliflower gnocci

An easy, healthy and exciting side dish. If you have metal baking sheets, now is the time to pull them out for superior results
Ingredients
1 onion
1 red pepper pepper
1 24 oz bag of broccoli
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp oregano
1/2 tsp Basil
1/2 tsp Rosemary
1/4 cup oil
1 tsp salt
Honey for drizzling
Preheat oven to 450. Slice onions and peppers. Add to a sheet pan along with remaining ingredients. Toss to combine. Bake for 25-30 in real pan or 45-55 min in a disposable pan. Remove from the oven and drizzle lightly with honey
