Sautee mushrooms and crushed pieces of chestnuts in butter and garlic. Add flour-create roux. Add equal parts heavy cream (half bottle) and milk. Add mozerella chesse. Bit of mushroom consomme optional. Freshly cracked black pepper and salt. Cook gnochi according to package instructions. reserve pasta water to add to sauce if needed.
