For busy moms, or those that just want something super wholesome and hearty! Includes all components of a healthy meal! Sautee onion. Add spices-garlic, salt pepper are my favorite. Add your favorite ground beef. Let cook through. Add your favorite vegetables. Sautee. In this case, I added fresh mushrooms, red pepper and squash. Add Tuscannini (Bonus points!) tomato paste. Add water and gnocchis to bowl. Wala! Meal in a bowl with delicious flavor. A winner here.
