BRISKET & GNOCCHI RECIPE

Ingredients:
2 pkt Tuscanini Gnocchi
1 second cut Brisket about 4 lbs
2 lg Spanish onions
2 lg carrots
1 parsnip
2 Tbsp Leiber’s hot sauce
6 Tbsp Gefen mayonnaise
6 Tbsp Mikee sesame teriyaki sauce
2 Tbsp Tuscanini olive oil
Salt and pepper for rubbing

Serves 6 – 8 as a main dish or 12 as an entree.

Directions:
1: Cook Gnocchi according to package
directions.
2: Preheat oven to 350 F or 180 C.
3: In a deep 9 x 13 pan or a roaster pan,
put the brisket, rub it with salt and
pepper, and the Tuscanini olive oil.
4: Sear both sides of the meat.
5: Add the spanish onions finely sliced, 2
carrots peeled and cut in 4, and parsnip
peeled cut in half.
6: Cover meat with water.
7: Bake 3 -5 hours. (50 min per lb of meat)
8: Cool a little and shred meat, adding
some of the onions.
9: Reserve 1½ cups of juices from the
meat.
10: Add hot sauce, mayonnaise and
sesame teriyaki sauce. Mix well adding
1½ cups of reserved juices.
11: Mix cooked gnocchi with the flavored
brisket.
Serve and enjoy.
