Tuscanini mini gnocchi
Original recipe:
Ground beef (1 pound)
1 onion diced
2 jalapeños seeded and diced
1 plum tomato diced
1/4 cup chicken broth
1/3 cup marinara sauce
1 tsp oregano
1tsp cilantro
1 tsp olive oil
Sprinkle of garlic powder, chili powder
Sauté onion in olive oil until translucent add ground beef and brown. Drain the meat and add jalapeño and tomato spices, broth, and sauce. Add gnocchi (prepared according to directions on package) and serve.
