Gnocchi in Mushroom Cream Sauce

1 package Tuscanini Gnocchi
1 8 oz. container button mushrooms
1 Tbsp butter
1/2 onion, minced
1 clove garlic, minced
1 C heavy cream
1/2 C milk
1/4 C mozzarella cheese
1 1/2 Tbs flour
1/4 Tsp salt
1/8 Tsp oregano

Cook the gnocchi according to package instructions and drain. In the same pot, heat the butter and sauté the onion, garlic and mushrooms on a low flame until the mushrooms are soft. Add the heavy cream, cheese, flour, salt and oregano and mix until the cheese melts. Cover and simmer for 5-8 minutes until sauce thickens. Add the cooked gnocchi to the sauce, mix and enjoy!!
