this is my original recipe
celery red pepper jam gnocchi with ground beef
4 tablespoons neutral oil divided
1 lbs ground beef
1 onion diced
6 stalks celery sliced
1 tablespoon tuscanini hot pepper jam
1 tablespoon creamy dijon mustard
1 tablespoon bbq sauce
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon tuscanini fine sea salt
4 oz hard salami finely diced
1 1/2 cup chicken stock
1 package tuscanini gnocchi
place 2 tablespoons oil in a saucepan, add the ground meat cook until its brown and crumbly remove from the pot pour off the access liquid /fat that is left in the pot, no need to wash the pot add the onion, celery, gnocchi and saute for 5 minutes mixing constantly, add the pepper jam, dijon mustard, bbq sauce, salt, garlic powder and salami, mix well, add chicken stock and ground meat and allow to simmer for 15-20 minutes
