Sheet pan knockwurst and gnocchi
Slice 2 different color peppers into strips
Slice a purple onion into strips
Slice a package of knockwurst into coins
Half a bag of frozen broccoli
1 package of gnocchi
4tbsp olive oil
1 tsp salt
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp parsley
Mix all of the ingredients together in a ziplock bag and pour it onto a sheet pan lined with parchment paper.
Bake at 375 for 30 minutes
