Applesauce Cake and Beyond
This is a great applesauce cake that does not have a strong taste of like apple, or apple chunks but rather, just a good cake. This version of applesauce cake not dry, crummy, or sticky. It does not have chocolate in it so it is good for people who can’t have chocolate. It is quick and easy to make. This cake can even be made with gluten free flour and taste just as good. It is a beautiful addition to Rosh Hashanah ,Sukkos or even Shabbos repertoire. It is one of my kids favorite cakes. We have been making it for years.
