I say, its like cooking meatballs just filling the cabbage and using special techniques to cook it.. most important is to make sure the cabbage is very soft.. ez to eat…
Approx recipe.
2 lb Ground beef
Spices. Salt,garlic powder,onion powder,garlic salt,sweet paprika,sugar
1 to 2 cups of white Rice..(fast to cook kind) uncle Ben’s brand preferred
4 to 5 …16 oz Tomato sauce
1 bottle Tomato juice
