The Kugel Lady's Potato Kugel
I never thought I’d make a business out of selling potato kugel. (I’m actually a graphic designer, though I did write a recipe column for The Voice of Lakewood for a numver of years.) But after moving from Lakewood to Hollywood, Florida 10 years ago, I was asked by numerous Shabbos guests to sell my kugel. So here I am, many years later, still selling that golden deliciousness. My twins also love to cook , and thus, we created The Twins in the Kitchen, which ran in the Circle Magazine for a few years. I hope you enjoy this little taste of my Shabbos!
