I created this recipe from scratch. Mixing flavors I’ve had at restaurants with a twist. I didn’t write the amounts when I made it, becuase I was not expecting it to come out as good. Give it a try, and you’ll feel like you just treated yourself to a high end restaurant!

1 large onion, Sautéed to perfection
Handful of Mushrooms sliced
1 Jalapeno (can omit of you don’t like the extra heat)
Meal Mart Pastrami, sliced into small squares.
Pan seared gnoochi
2 TBS White horseradish sauce
3 cloves Garlic, minced
Fresh or frozen cubes of Parsley
Salt to taste
2 tbs Maple syrup
2 tbs Worcestershire sauce

Saute onions and jalapeños until soft and golden, add pastrami and mushrooms. Add in rest of ingredients and lower to simmer.
In another pot, cook the gnoochi. After its cooked, pan sear it. The edges should be slightly brown. Mix together and enjoy!
