Gnocchi salad
1 package of Tuscanini gnocchi
1 can of Tuscanini tuna in oil
1 large red onion
1 cup of pitted green olives
1 cup of grape or tiny tomatoes
1 jar of marinated artichoke hearts chopped include liquid in jar to salad as well
1/2 cup of fresh basil chopped
Juice of a whole lemon
2 tbs red wine vinegar
Salt and pepper

Prepare your gnocchi according to package directions and drain.
Place cooked gnocchi in a bowl add all the ingredients to the bowl and mix gently. Cover and place in the fridge to cool for at least an hour. Remove and toss gently before serving.
