Saute onion n garlic till translucent add 1 and half lbs of mixed mushrooms diced big. Saute till soft season salt n pepper. Add in about 3tbsp of flour mix well till well combined and pasty. Add one small bottle of white wine like a chardonnay or champagne let the wine cook out mix often slowly Add water as need around 1 n half cups total till you have sauce at a thick consistency season with more salt n pepper add fresh or dried parsley. Cook the gnocchi as per directions on the package. Remove from the water with a sloted spoon and place right in to the sauce. Mix to combine. Taste it. Adjust seasoning to your liking.
