Betty crocker warm gnocchi salad
In your Betty crocker, sautee chopped garlic. Chop up fresh mushrooms and place in one quarter of the Betty, chop up cauliflower in another quarter and add a package of gnocchi spread across half of the Betty. Drizzle salt, pepper and a generous amount of honey, close the Betty crocker for 20 minutes. Open and drizzle some soy sauce.
This dish is just easy, no clean up and absolutely delicious. The gnocchi gets a little crispy on the bottom and it’s sooooo flavorful.
